Jesus Amador is a comic artist and illustrator who grew up in Arecibo, Puerto Rico and currently resides in Chicago, Illinois. Spending his years in two different cultures pushed Jesus to use his art as a way to create a space that intersects both parts of his life.

He aims to create a feeling of belonging and welcoming in every thing he draws, and a feeling of escapism and unapologetic expression in everything he writes.

Although his comics are Jesus’s main project of focus, his abilities expand far. From traditional paintings, murals, storyboards, and animation, there is nothing that can’t be done! Where some skill might lack, with a quick learning wit, there is always room to grow.

Especially when you hold such big dreams and vivid ideas.
